Combater a violência de gênero é dever de todos.
A Sodexo acredita nisso.
E criou um espaço de escuta e apoio psicológico, além de oferecer orientações jurídicas, de forma gratuita e confidencial, para as colaboradoras que estejam passando por situação de violência doméstica.
A empresa mobilizou e capacitou um grupo de colaboradores mulheres e homens, chamado Fadas Madrinhas, para receber denúncias por telefone ou e-mail. As comunicações são identificadas por uma palavra-chave que funciona como um código de alerta, protegendo a vítima em caso de questionamento do agressor.
Ao todo, 105 Fadas Madrinhas foram capacitadas e 100 mulheres já receberam auxílio por meio do programa.
Porque a segurança física e psicológica das mulheres é uma prioridade para a empresa.
Por isso, a Sodexo é finalista do Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão.

A Schlumberger vê a diversidade como uma vantagem competitiva.
Por isso, implementou uma jornada de transformação para tornar o ambiente de trabalho mais diverso, igualitário e inclusivo.
São ações voltadas para a igualdade racial, de gênero, e para a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência e LGBTQI+.
Entre as iniciativas estão a Pesquisa de Diagnóstico DE&I e a realização da Semana de Diversidade e Inclusão e de mentorias femininas.
Os resultados já começam a aparecer.
Em 2022, 48% das contratações da empresa foram de mulheres.
O programa Aprendiz PCD ofereceu capacitação técnica para impulsionar a inclusão dessas pessoas no mercado de trabalho.
Foram criados os grupos de afinidade BOLD, LGBT+Aliados, Connect Women e ThisAbility, que envolvem a participação ativa de 160 funcionários.
Por isso, a Schlumberger é finalista do Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão.

Orientar, engajar e inspirar mulheres estudantes de engenharia para promover a diversidade no setor de óleo e gás.
Esse é o objetivo do programa BEE: Believe in Empowering Engineer, criado pela Halliburton.
A iniciativa oferece mentoria gratuita para estudantes de todo o país e é conduzida por profissionais mulheres reconhecidas na indústria.
O programa promove encontros mensais, palestras, mesas redondas e sessões de feedback que, além de abordarem oportunidades e demandas do setor, reforçam atributos relacionados à segurança emocional, ao desenvolvimento pessoal e à aprendizagem.
Das 18 estudantes que participaram das primeiras edições do BEE, 12 delas ingressaram no setor de óleo e gás após conclusão da sua graduação.
Por isso, a Halliburton é uma das finalistas do Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão.

Segurança também depende de decisões. E decisões são tomadas por pessoas.
Para a TechnipFMC, é fundamental entender como é o nosso processo mental de tomada de decisão.
A partir da análise de acidentes sérios e fatais, a empresa identificou a necessidade de melhorar a forma como os trabalhadores da linha de frente tomam decisões, principalmente diante de situações de pressão no trabalho, ou quando lidam com problemas pessoais.
Como resultado, criou o Making The Safe Choice.
Um treinamento que traz discussões aprofundadas sobre desempenho humano, engajamento dos trabalhadores, além de conversas abertas sobre estudos de casos de incidentes.
460 trabalhadores já foram treinados.
Por isso, a TechnipFMC é finalista no Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Desempenho Humano.

O transporte aéreo é uma peça-chave na logística das operações offshore.
Os pilotos e os responsáveis pela manutenção das aeronaves têm um papel fundamental na segurança das operações.
Pensando na saúde mental desses trabalhadores, a OMNI Táxi Aéreo desenvolveu um Sistema de Gerenciamento de Risco de Fadiga. E foi além na avaliação dos riscos relacionados a fatores humanos.
Por meio do uso de psicólogos especializados, a empresa identificou que 13% dos trabalhadores nas bases da companhia corriam risco de burnout.
Com isso, foram adotadas medidas para gerenciamento de estresse, sono, ritmos biológicos e combate ao burnout.
As iniciativas já melhoraram os indicadores de segurança operacional, bem como os índices da Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional da empresa.
Por isso, a OMNI Táxi Aéreo é finalista no Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Desempenho Humano.

A C-Innovation sabe que o fator humano é chave para a segurança das operações.
A partir do aprendizado de um evento de alto potencial, a empresa decidiu implementar o CRM, Gestão de Recursos Corporativos, para sua tripulação.
Esse sistema de gerenciamento reconhece e melhora questões relacionadas a fatores humanos, minimizando erros, aprimorando a comunicação e a eficácia operacional.
Dessa maneira, reforçou habilidades de Comunicação, Trabalho em Equipe, Liderança e Gestão de Fadiga.
Na prática, o projeto permitiu reconhecer e reduzir o nível de estresse e fadiga em funções críticas, incorporar o conhecimento sobre fatores humanos na investigação de acidentes, e melhorar a qualidade da passagem de serviço.

Além de implantar placas solares nas instalações, a empresa adotou medidas operacionais de alto impacto.
Uma delas foi fechar a válvula mast riser dos navios por 93% do tempo nas operações de transbordo do petróleo entre navios atracados.
Ao manter fechado o equipamento que alivia a pressão acumulada nos tanques, as emissões de gases do efeito estufa foram reduzidas em 88%.
Em 2022, isso evitou a emissão de quase 24 mil toneladas de CO2.
Por isso, a Vast Infraestrutura é finalista no Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Descarbonização.

Reduzir as emissões de carbono causadas pelo uso do diesel na indústria offshore é um grande desafio para as empresas do setor.
Pensando em uma solução, a Ocyan e a LZ Energia desenvolveram um método inovador de integração da tecnologia de hidrogênio com motores diesel para aumentar sua eficiência de combustão e melhorar o desempenho energético.
O projeto de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de tecnologia propõe um sistema de injeção de hidrogênio em motores diesel.
Uma pequena quantidade de hidrogênio injetada no motor reduziu o consumo de combustível em 6% no teste piloto de validação de conceito.
O hidrogênio também diminuiu em 10% a quantidade emitida de CO2, e em 31% a emissão de monóxido de carbono. Os números são resultado de uma queima mais homogênea.
Por isso, a Ocyan e a LZ Energia são finalistas do Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Descarbonização.

Com mais de 90% de recuperação dos resíduos, o projeto gera impacto econômico, social e ambiental, reduzindo a emissão de poluentes em 74%
Além disso, a iniciativa gera uma redução de 82% no consumo de energia da empresa, e créditos de carbono certificados.
E é por isso a Flextronics Nextracker é finalista no Prêmio Shell de Liderança em Segurança 2023, na categoria Descarbonização.

Para a Flextronics Nextracker, controlar os riscos de ergonomia no ambiente de trabalho é essencial.
Por isso, a empresa conectou as linhas de produção com a área de saúde da empresa e desenvolveu a Flex Digital EHS Care.
Um conjunto de soluções que integra tecnologia móvel, reconhecimento facial e Inteligência Artificial, para dar suporte na identificação, avaliação e gestão da exposição aos riscos ergonômicos dos trabalhadores.
Por exemplo, o monitoramento em tempo real indica ao operador se ele precisa melhorar a sua ergonomia no posto de trabalho.
E, em caso de lesão, o sistema rastreia as linhas de produção em que ele trabalhou, o que ajuda especialistas a determinarem o tratamento.
O resultado foi uma redução de 92% no número de incidentes relacionados à ergonomia.
