AeroJet Technology and Performance
Shell AeroJet contains an anti-freeze additive that eliminates the risk of moisture in fuel tanks turning into ice during flight or while the aircraft is on the ground, in case of a fuel temperature control system failure.

Water Detector
This is a technology created by Shell to identify the presence of water in Jet fuel. This control is carried out throughout the process of receiving tanker/truck deliveries, daily fleet/tank controls, storage, and aircraft refueling to ensure the quality of the offered product.
Detector Paste
In AvGas quality control, a detector paste test is performed to identify the presence of water in the product. This test is also conducted throughout the product receiving process and daily controls of storage tanks.
