De acordo com a ANEEL (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica)[1], até o final de 2023, mais 2,3 milhões de sistemas de geração distribuída foram conectados à rede de distribuição, com praticamente sua totalidade baseada na fonte solar.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EA GD é consolidada no setor elétrico do país, e viabiliza uma maior economia dos custos de energia para consumidores do Mercado Regulado (ACR). Regida pela \u003Ca href=\"https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2019-2022/2022/lei/l14300.htm\" target=\"_blank\"\u003E\u003Cb\u003ELei 14.300/22\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/a\u003E, a modalidade é dividida em Geração Distribuída junto à Própria Carga; Empreendimento com Múltiplas Unidades Consumidoras (EMUC); Autoconsumo Remoto; e Geração Compartilhada.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003ENo caso da \u003Cb\u003EGeração Compartilhada\u003C/b\u003E, a energia produzida é injetada na rede elétrica da distribuidora local em um modelo de compensação de créditos, fazendo com que os consumidores consorciados às usinas compartilhem os benefícios da geração produzida a partir, por exemplo, de energia fotovoltaica. Segundo a \u003Ca href=\"https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2019-2022/2022/lei/l14300.htm\" target=\"_blank\"\u003E\u003Cb\u003ELegislação\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/a\u003E, este modelo pode ser implementado por meio de consórcio, cooperativa, condomínio civil voluntário ou edilício ou qualquer outra forma de associação civil instituída para esta finalidade.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEm 2015, a regulamentação da Geração Compartilhada pela ANEEL permitiu que a energia gerada fosse compartilhada com consumidores do mercado regulado de uma mesma distribuidora local por meio de créditos, viabilizando, assim, a criação \u003Cb\u003Eda energia por assinatura\u003C/b\u003E.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EGeração distribuída por assinatura: energia mais limpa com menos custos\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EA GD por assinatura, ou energia por assinatura, é um modelo em que os consumidores contratam empresas para receber uma quantidade específica de créditos de energia elétrica gerada por fontes com menos emissões, como a energia solar, mediante pagamento de uma taxa fixa mensal ou anual. A energia gerada é injetada na rede elétrica, proporcionando aos consumidores um desconto relacionado à geração de energia mais limpa obtido pelas mini gerações distribuídas, sem a necessidade de instalar e manter seus próprios painéis solares.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDevido à possibilidade de redução de gastos com energia por assinatura, a modalidade mostra-se vantajosa para empresas consumidoras presentes no mercado regulado. Além disso, a modalidade promove o acesso à energia mais limpa, a redução das emissões de carbono e contribui para a transição para uma matriz energética mais sustentável. \u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EA geração associada ao consórcio é convertida em créditos a serem divididos e abatidos na conta de luz dos assinantes, conforme Resolução Normativa 1000/2021 da ANEEL e
